• Handled multiple and various department approval processes which involve at least 7 workflow activities performed by each user
• Simplified the approval request process with effective monitoring, tracking, and reporting for better visibility and accountability
• Stringent SLA implementation and reporting ensured service assignment completion on time, enhancing time efficiency and reducing paper consumption per request, resulting in lower company expenses
